Preliminary UN probe shows helicopter was shot down in South Sudan

An investigation by the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) concluded that a UN Mi-8 helicopter was shot down in Bentiu on Aug. 26.

China says Turkey will decide in its “own interests” on air defense missile system

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying told a daily news briefing that Turkey would decide in its “own interests” on buying an air defense missile system from China.
