DSCA approves BAE Systems upgrade of RoKAF F-16s
The Pentagon has approved BAE Systems upgrade of F-16s for the South Korean Air Force. Phase 1 of the upgrading of 134 KF-16C/D Block 52 jets will cost around $200 million.

Liaoning flotilla sails for southern waters
Chinese aircraft carrier Liaoning and her escorts have left Qingdao today for southern waters. Her escorts are Type 051C destroyers Shenyang and Shijiazhuang, together with Type 54A frigates Yantai and Weifang.
