Canada issues draft RFP for fixed-wing search and rescue aircraft

Canada has taken another step towards replacing its aging CC-115 fixed-wing search and rescue aircraft by releasing the draft RFP for a replacement.

U.S. redeploying 30 OH-58Ds to South Korea
