A Libyan air force colonel was shot dead on Monday while he was trying to open a shop he owned in the city of Derna.

X-47B fails to trap again

First B-1B pilot to clock 5,000 hours

Lt. Col Tim Schepper has become the first person to log 5,000 flight hours in a B-1 bomber after he landed a B-1 at Ellsworth Air Force Base last week.
