Canada to consider other alternatives besides F-35

Canada said Wednesday that it would reconsider plans to buy 65 F-35s and Defense Minister Peter MacKay said the government will consider other options.

JASDF scrambles 8 F-15Js to intercept Chinese plane entering disputed islands

The JASDF scrambled eight F-15Js and one E-2C to intercept a Y-12F from China’s state oceanic administration, which flew past south of one of the disputed islets, known as Senkaku in Japan and Diaoyu in China, this morning.
