PPT slides on Gripen Fighter Weapons School

Saab has made available the PowerPoint presentation slides (in PDF format) that was given during the press briefing at the Farnborough Airshow. The school will use 4-6 SAAF Gripen C/Ds with six or more students in the first course, conducted in October 2013 at Overberg airbase.

Laser powers Lockheed Martin’s Stalker UAS for 48 hours

Lockheed Martin’s Stalker Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) was able to remain airborne for 48 hours, an improvement of 2,400 percent, thanks to an innovative laser power system from LaserMotive.
