Thailand not rushing into decision on NASA’s use of U-Tapao

Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra said Tuesday that her Cabinet had agreed not to make a decision on NASA’s request to use U-Tapao naval air base for climate studies until Parliament reconvenes Aug. 1.
