Russia to withdraw helicopters from peacekeeping force in South Sudan

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has ordered the withdrawal of eight Mi-8MT helicopters from peacekeeping duties in South Sudan.

An Indian Navy Sea Harrier burst its tire while landing at Goa’s Dabolim airport on Monday evening. The accident caused the runway to be closed for an hour.

Sweden approves Hungary’s lease of Gripens for another 10-years

The Swedish government has approved Hungary’s lease of Gripen fighters for another ten years. Hungarian Defense Minister Csaba Hende earlier said that extending the lease until 2026 would save the state HUF 63bn.
