VMFA-211 dedicates AV-8B to the late Lt. Col. Raible and Sgt. Atwell

A retired AV-8B that was damaged during the Camp Bastion attack in 2012 has been dedicated to the late Lt. Col. Christopher Raible and Sgt. Bradley Atwell on Aug. 19.

Singapore scrambled F-16s after Malaysian Police helicopter flew over island with military camps

Singapore scrambled two F-16 fighters armed with AIM-9 and AIM-120s this morning after 9 a.m. when a Royal Malaysia Police helicopter, 9M-PMD, flew over Pulau Tekong. Flight tracking data showed that the helicopter cross into Singapore airspace at 01:22 UTC.

CH-53K’s first fleet mission was a tough operation to lift a MH-60S at 12,000 ft

The CH-53K King Stallion has executed its first fleet mission on Sept. 5 in California. The heavy-lift helicopter help to recover a Navy MH-60S Knighthawk helicopter from Mount Hogue.
