Kazakhstan receives first upgraded An-12

The first upgraded Antonov An-12 for Kazakhstan has been delivered from a plant in Russia. The aircraft will now be able to fly in civilian airspace without a waiver as its upgraded avionics now meets ICAO standards.

Combating drug smuggling with the AH-1
