The India Air Force has decided that the country manager of Dassault is to be blacklisted and can no longer attend meetings nor enter the air headquarters in New Delhi.

Sky Bow III SAM can shoot down J-20

Taiwan’s defense minister Kao Hua-Chu told legislators that the indigenous Sky Bow III surface-to-air missile system can shoot down China’s J-20 fighter when coupled with an advanced radar system.

Two Qatar Mirage 2000s and C-17 made emergency landing in Cyprus

Two Qatar Air Force Mirage 2000 fighters and a C-17 transport had to make an emergency landing in Cyprus after running out of fuel on Tuesday. The jets have since left for Crete, Greece after refueling. Another four Qatar Mirage 2000s are expected to join later.

Six civilians injured while downed F-15E crew was being recovered

News coming out of Libya say six civilians were injured when a U.S. helicopter fired at them while recovering the crew of a USAF F-15E that crashed in Libya. However, the United States denied that any shots were fired during the rescue.

CH-53K assembly line opens at Sikorsky Florida facility

Sikorsky has opened an assembly line for the new CH-53K heavy lift helicopter in Florida. Five System Development and Demonstration (SDD) prototype aircraft will be built at the facility.
