X-37B OTV-2 launched into orbit

The U.S. Air Force has successfully launched the X-37B Orbital Test Vehicle-2 into space using a Atlas V rocket from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.

Eielson Wing Commander marks 4,000+ hours in F-16

Brigadier General James N. “Bull” Post III, the 354th Fighter Wing’s commander, recently clocked 4000.4 hours on the F-16. He is also the only known General officer to accomplish the feat while still on active duty.

GAO: Moving carrier to Florida cheaper than Navy says
