Schwartz: USAF has “substantial capabilities on the Korean peninsula”

Speaking to reporters on the North Korean attack at a breakfast briefing, Gen. Norton Schwartz, the U.S. Air Force chief of staff, said his service has “substantial capabilities on the Korean peninsula and in the immediate environs.”
