Thailand lost one of its F-16A on Monday when the jet crashed into a mountain in Ban Tak district of Tak province. The pilot did not survive the crash.

Two-man VX-31 SAR crew rescues downed pilot

Two members of NAWCWD’s Air Test and Evaluation Squadron Three One (VX-31) Search and Rescue (SAR) team rescued the pilot of a civilian aircraft that crashed in the desert on Edwards Air Force Base in August.

Corroded valves lead to twin-engine failure of RSAF Apache

Singapore’s Defense Minister Teo Chee Hean told parliament that corrosion of the Anti-Ice Start Bleed Valve (AISBV) on both engines of RSAF Apache, tail no. 069, lead to an in-flight engine failure last month.
