13 An-70 for Ukraine, Russia

NZ whitepaper says more than $3 billion needed to replace C-130 and P-3 after 2020

A New Zealand Defense Force White Paper expected to be published next month is understood to reveal that more than $3 billion will be required to replace RNZAF’s C-130 and P-3 in the next decade.
