U.S. Air Force bids farewell to T-1A Jayhawk trainer

The skies over Texas and Arizona witnessed a historic moment as the United States Air Force conducted the final flight of the T-1A Jayhawk trainer aircraft on Jul. 15. The journey from Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base marked the official retirement of the T-1A after three decades of dedicated service.

Chinese students filming U.S. aircraft carrier in Busan spark security concerns

USAF tests F-16 “Super Squadron” concept in South Korea

The United States Air Force (USAF) has initiated a pilot program to test the effectiveness of a larger fighter squadron in South Korea. As part of this initiative, the 36th Fighter Squadron at Osan Air Base will receive nine F-16 Fighting Falcons from the 8th Fighter Wing at Kunsan Air Base, creating a temporary “Super Squadron” with a total of 31 aircraft.
