Capt. Chen Yan-Zhen became the first woman pilot to qualify to fly the CH-47 recently. She had cleared her training on the TH-67 and OH-58D before being selected to fly the Chinook.

Thieves stole 39 pieces of radio equipment from Il-80 airborne command post
Russia’s RenTV reported on Dec. 7 that a Il-80 command post that is undergoing maintenance at Taganrog Yuzhny airport was broken into and had equipment stolen.

Indian company filing appeal with Supreme Court to save INS Viraat
