The annual Balikatan war games, conducted jointly between the Philippines and the United States, are set to witness a significant first in 2024. Colonel Michael Logico, executive agent of Balikatan 2024, confirmed the inclusion of the Spyder (Surface-to-air Python and Derby) air defense missile system in the upcoming exercises scheduled to take place in Central Luzon.

Sweden to transfer two Saab 340 AEW&C to Poland

Swedish Defense Minister Pål Jonson visited Poland on Mar. 4th to solidify defense cooperation between the two nations. The visit will culminate in the official delivery of the first of two Saab 340 Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) aircraft to Poland at an airbase in Gdynia.

PACAF tests Deployable Innovation Team (DIT) at Cope North 24

Maiden flight of XQ-67A

The U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc. USAF reveals AGM-183A with live warhead in Guam
