A delayed report by Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense’s intelligence research branch says China could soon have 2,000 missiles pointed at the island by end of the year.
This massive amount of firepower could destroy more than 90 percent of the nation’s political, economic, military and civil infrastructure.
The PLA is also converting obsolete fighters into unmanned drones to penetrate the island’s air defense system.
