Residents of New York have been told not to panic if they saw F-16s flying overhead next week as the USAF’s Thunderbirds will be practicing for Air Force Week.
The Pentagon is trying to prevent the repeat of an incident last year which frighten New Yorkers after a VC-25 and one F-16 flew over head without warning.
