NTSB releases report on crash that killed NAS Fallon’s XO

The National Transportation Safety Board concluded that the executive officer of Naval Air Station Fallon had stalled his Cessna 320 while landing at Fallon on May 22, 2009.

Investigators were unable to determine how come Lt. Commander Luther H. Hook III, a veteran F/A-18 pilot, had allowed his plane to stall.

The crash killed him along with his three daughters.
