Former chief of the Indian Air Force, SP Tyagi, said he is innocent in a deal to buy AW101 VVIP helicopters.
Italian prosecutors named him together with three of his cousins during the arrest of Finmecannica CEO Giuseppe Orsi.
Tyagi said that he met one of the middleman named in the report at his cousin’s residence but added that he “had no dealings with him.”
