Turkish F-16s to be protected with ALQ-211

Harris will supply 21 of its ALQ-211 advanced integrated defensive electronic warfare suite (AIDEWS) pods for integration on Turkish F-16s, Flight Global reports.

So far, F-16s from Chile, Oman, Pakistan and Poland have been installed with the ALQ-211 which features a radar warning receiver, digital radio frequency memory jammer and electronic warfare suite controller.
