Indian government auditor chide IAF for wasting money on MiG-27 EW

The Indian government auditor has reprimanded the Air Force for wasting money to develop an electronic warfare system for the MiG-27.

The system, sanctioned in 2009, was supposed to be ready by 2011 but was delayed. The Air Force planned to gradually retire the MiG-27 fleet in 2014.
