A Thai Army UH-72 helicopter has gone missing in northern Thailand since Aug. 14. The rotor-craft was carrying five people including a Major General.
The utility helicopter was returning from from Pang Ma Pha district of Mae Hong Son after being sent there for a flood relief mission on Aug. 13.
A Thai military spokesman said the commander of 4th Infantry Division, Major General Nopporn Ruanchan, was on board the flight.
