South Korea to buy CH-47F

South Korea’s Defense Project Promotion Committee has approved a plan to buy an unspecific number of CH-47F helicopters from Boeing to replace its CH-47Ds.

The delivery of the helicopters is expected in 2028.

The committee also approved the purchase of 20 additional F-35A fighters for $2.97 billion.
