Vice Admiral Jeffrey Wieringa, director of the U.S. Defense Security Cooperation Agency, said the Congress may be formally notified “within two months” of the sale of 84 F-15s to Saudi Arabia.
The notifications will also include 72 UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters and refurbishing 72 Saudi F-15s.
