South Africa’s Thunder City could be closed for good as the local civil aviation authorities has not renewed its operating certificate in March.
The company owns a fleet of three English Electric Lightings, five Hawker Hunters and three Buccaneers.
Last year, one of its Lighting crashed while performing at an airshow and since then all flights have been suspended.
