The U.S. Air Force Materiel Command broke new ground recently when it modified a C-12J, a military version of the Beech 1900C, to carry out weapons testing.

Using the C-12J, the USAF can test external stores at slower speeds and at significantly lower cost than testing on a typical fighter aircraft.
