Soldiers inside an Israeli Merkava 4 main battle tank were unscathed when an anti-tank missile was fired at them during a live test of the Trophy active tank defense system.
Sitting inside the tank was commander of the Israeli Armored Corps’ 401st Brigade, Col. Einav Shalev, and Commander of the 9th Armored Battalion, Lt. Col. Itai Berin.
