Finmeccanica will return 25 million euros of state aid to the Italian government that were supposed to be used for developing military helicopters.
The European Commission ruled that the money cannot be used by Finmeccanica’s AgustaWestland unit to support civilian-versions of its BA609 tiltrotor and A139 helicopter.
