Mullen: J-20 directed against U.S.

Head of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, Adm. Mike Mullen, said China’s J-20 fighter appears to be directed against the United States.

“China is investing in very high-end, high-tech capabilities and the question that is always out there is to try to understand exactly why,” said Mullen.
