Defense Technology Inc, a small Alabama-based firm, is preparing to protest the U.S. Army’s plan to buy helicopters from Rosoboronexport.
The firm had supplied four helicopters to the Navy and was competing to supply 21 more when the competition was abruptly canceled when the Army took over.
