F-15E AESA radar upgrade affected by stalled FY2011 budget
The USAF will have to ground some of its F-15Es due to a shortage of parts for its radar if the AESA radar upgrade contract is not awarded this year. A stalled FY 2011 budget is the root cause of the problem as the Air Force lacks funds to carry out the upgrade.
