Firm sues U.S. government over urine collection device

A firm that used to supply urine collection devices for fighter pilots to the Pentagon has decided to sue the U.S. government over lost profits.

American Innotek had been selling its Flight Extender II to the military till ten years ago when a nonprofit group based in New York came up with a similar product. Because the group employs disabled workers, the U.S. government has to award the contract to them by law.
