Head of the Philippine Air Force, Lt. Gen. Oscar Rabena, said he expects his service to get $323 million in the next five years for new aircraft and radars.
This is on top of another $254 million promised by President Aquino this year. This money will go towards buying a long-range patrol aircraft and two search-and-rescue helicopters.
