Boeing and the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory announced that the Counter-electronics High-powered Microwave Advanced Missile Project (CHAMP) has completed the first flight earlier this year.
CHAMP is a nonlethal alternative to kinetic weapons that neutralizes electronic targets.
