C295 and C-27J fight to replace RAAF’s Caribou

Its a fight between the Airbus C295 and Alenia C-27J in Australia to replace the RAAF’s Caribou. Australia wants to buy 10 aircraft and will make a decision by 2015.

Worried that Australia may go the FMS route and select the C-27J, Airbus has been lobbying hard for a fair competition.
