Taiwan to start producing Wan Chien precision-guided weapon in 2014
Taiwan legislator Lin Yu-fang said the island will move forward the production of the Wan Chien precision-guided weapon from 2018 to 2014.
Canada may not have sufficient fighters to defend airspace
