Dempsey unsure if Pentagon can buy all three versions of F-35

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Martin Dempsey, told the House Armed Services Committee that he is questioning whether the Pentagon can afford all three versions of the F-35.

“I’m concerned about the three variants and about whether we can afford all three.”
