Youtube: Bad weather forced RoCAF to modify road runway exercise

Fighters and E-2T from Taiwan’s air force were forced to abandon plans to land and take-off from Jiadong Highway Strip in Pingtung County on Nov. 17.


Instead, pilots flew their aircraft to 100 feet above the road and go around.
