Bad weather and ‘disorientation’ led to Irish PC-9 crash

Investigators say bad weather and ‘disorientation’ by the pilot led to the crash of an Irish Air Corps Pilatus PC-9 in 2009.

The aircraft entered a narrow, steep-sided valley in bad weather during a training flight.
