USAF cancels Super Tucano deal, to investigate and quickly redo contest

The U.S. Air Force on Tuesday canceled a $355 million contract for 20 A-29 Super Tucanos, citing problems with documents used to make the decision.

U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff General Norton Schwartz said the contest will be restarted soon and vows to punish if the documentation problem was not an innocent mistake.
