Taiwan’s National Security Bureau Director-General Tsai De-sheng told lawmakers that Beijing will start construction of an aircraft carrier next year, followed by another one in 2015.
The first ship will enter service in 2020 and the other one in 2022. Each ship taking seven years to deliver.
