Judge clears way for missiles on rooftops in London

A British High Court judge ruled that the military can deploy surface-to-air missiles on the rooftop of Fred Wigg Tower in Leytonstone, east London during the Olympics.

The residents there had filed a suit saying the deployment breaches Article 8 and Article 1 of Protocol 1 of the European Convention on Human Rights which protect an individual’s right to a private life and peaceful enjoyment of their home.
