South Korea’s bid to develop a mid-to-high-altitude drone has hit a road block after the U.S. insists that fuel be included in the payload calculations.
Under the Missile Technology Control Regime rules, the payload cannot be more than 500kg. However, the South Korea drone is design to carry up to 2,000 kg of fuel.
