BAE Systems has beaten Lockheed Martin to upgrade South Korea’s KF-16 fleet. The Defense Acquisition and Procurement Agency said the multi-year project is worth $1.1 billion.
The program calls for the upgrade of 134 jets with new mission computers and AESA radars by 2021.
