Pilatus has took Hawker Beechcraft to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for failing to pay royalties for the use of a Pilatus design in the production of T-6.
Pilatus complained that since May 3 when Hawker Beechcraft filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy it has owed the Swiss company more than $1 million.
