A former Royal New Zealand Air Force officer warned his superiors that there was a risk-taking culture in 3 Squadron, five months before a deadly crash.
Squadron Leader Rob Stockley sent an email to his bosses in December saying safety rules were regularly broken by crews from 3 Squadron at Ohakea air base.
