Yemen foils car bomb attack on air base used by U.S.

Yemeni officials say they have foiled an attack on a southern air base used by the US military

Guards found a car packed with explosives near the gate of Al Anad air base in Yemen’s southern province of Lahj and quickly arrested the two men inside the vehicle.

United States has been staging drones out of Al Anad air base.
